Let’s Lash Salon Policies and Expectations

We want everyone who visits our eyelash extension salon to have an excellent experience. Our artists will do their utmost to meet your needs. At the same, we need our clients to observe our salon policies to make Let’s Lash a positive working environment.

Cancellation Policy

Let’s Lash requires 24-hour notice via phone call or voicemail to the salon prior to any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. Failure to give 24-hour notice will result in a cancellation fee of half the amount of the service scheduled charged to your debit or credit card on file.

Appointment Policy

Let’s Lash requires all appointments to be reserved with a credit or debit card, including appointments made online. Any Full Set appointment that is not secured with a credit card at least 24 hours before the reserved appointment time will be canceled. If you have scheduled an appointment online, you will receive a call from Let’s Lash in order to complete the scheduling process with a credit or debit card.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we will not be able to extend your appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we will have to reschedule and will charge 50% of the appointment fee. Out of respect and consideration for your lash stylist and other customers, please do your best to be on time.

Small Children

Let’s Lash endeavors to make each guest experience as relaxing and as safe as possible. To do so, we politely ask that guests refrain from bringing small children or infants to their appointments. Our technicians are focused on delivering the best possible service, and they are unable to monitor young ones while doing so.

Pets

Let’s Lash does not allow pets or animals in the salon, with the exception of Certified Service Animals.

Full Sets

Let’s Lash requires all Full Set appointments to be reserved with a credit card, including appointments made online. Any Full Set appointment that is not secured with a credit card at least 24 hours before the reserved appointment time will be canceled. If you have scheduled an appointment online, you will receive a call from Let’s Lash in order to complete the scheduling process with a credit card. If any Full Set appointment is rescheduled or canceled less than 24 hours before the original appointment time, a cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file. The cancellation fee for a Full Set appointment is half the amount of the scheduled service.

Fills

Let’s Lash requires that you have at least 50% of your lash extensions intact in order to meet Fill pricing. If you have less than 50%, your lash artist may recommend a Full Set, which may have to be rescheduled to a later date to allot the appropriate amount of time. If you believe you have less than 50% of your extensions, we recommend booking a Full Set and letting your lash artist assess when you are here.

Lash Hygiene

Please come to your appointments with clean eyelashes. Doing so will not only ensure that your stylist has ample time to complete your service, but clean eyelashes also have the best retention. If you are unable to do so, your stylist can wash your eyelashes for you. However, this will limit the amount of time spent on your fill or full set.
